Mangalayatan University, Aligarh has collaborated with hireED to provide students with gaining prospective while they learn. They will enroll in an MBA program at a university, and then, within a couple of weeks of the program's start date, they will be deployed as trainees to appointed business partners. These training chances are being compensated for students. As part of these traineeships, students will gain professional abilities while also expanding their academic knowledge.

The objective of Day 0 Placement seeks to secure student training program with firms at the moment of academic program enrollment.
